The "Salsa"
Ingredients needed to make this sauce:
1/2 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red chilli pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 lime
1/2 red onion
1 garlic clove
200g corn
250g tomato puree
white pepper
salt
mexican spices
Maggi arome
mayonnaise

How to prepare it?
Cut the following ingredients into small pieces: red chili pepper, garlic, red onion, yellow pepper, cucumber, tomato;
Add mayonnaise, tomato puree, Maggi aroma, cumin powder, mexican spices, white pepper, salt, corn in an bowl;
Add the ingredients you cut earlier to the bowl;
Mix everything;

The "Tartare"

To make this sauce, you will need:
tarragon
parsley
shallot
chives
white pepper
worcestershire sauce
salt
mustard
Maggi arome
mayonnaise
How to prepare it?
Cut the following ingredients into small pieces: chives, shallot, parsley, tarragon;
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, Maggi aroma, worcestershire sauce, and salt in an small bowl;
Add the chives, shallot, parsley and tarragon to the bowl;
Stir everything until well blended and creamy;
