Sial 2022
The Happy Potato Family was back in SIAL from the 15th to the 19th of October 2022, after 4 years of absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
From the 15th to the 19th of October, the Happy Potato Family came back in Paris for the 2022 edition of the SIAL, the world's biggest international food innovation fair. Occuring every two years, SIAL was cancelled in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The team was more than happy to come back and to get to meet everyone in person again!
With more than 300,000 visitors, this edition was one of the most succesfull for the organisation and for ourselves. We had five very busy days, full of happy potato moments with everyone who came to our booth.
This year's booth was a brand new concept, changing completely from the last time we came to SIAL. Our foodtruck, "La friterie chez Roger Mylle", reminded everyone of our familial spirit.
Gathering around a cone of delicious Mydibel fries, sitting around a table with great colleagues, getting to know each other in person, these were the key words of SIAL 2022 on the Mydibel booth. Here is a picture recap of this year's edition. See you in 2024!
